Yes shipping is free for all orders £50 or more throughout the UK, remote offshore areas and Northern Ireland.  Shipping is £3.99 for orders under £50. We are unable to ship to the Channel Islands as the current time, or to British Forces International addreses.

No, we are not currently shipping internationally. 

You can find your tracking code at the bottom of your dispatch email.  You can track your order www.dpdlocal.co.uk with the 10 digit code. 

Yes, there is a low minimum order of £50, so we can keep our prices as low as possible.

No, anyone can buy from products in larger sizes - you may be buying for a large family or community or be a small food business. However, everyone who makes a purchase, whether technically trade or not, will be bound by our trade terms of purchase.

We require all customers register an account prior to any order placed so that we have full details in the event of a product recall or any other supplier issue.

Unfortunately, we don’t offer standing orders or pre-booked deliveries. We work very hard to keep products in stock but we cannot guarantee availability. 

No. We believe the prices we offer and the low minimum quantities make the products as accessible as possible and do not warrant a credit account.

You can’t make changes to an existing order, but you do have the option to cancel the entire order until the point of dispatch, or you can place another order at no extra cost since we offer free shipping.

No, orders can only be made via the website. If you have any enquiries prior to placing an order, or regarding an order please used out contact page to speak to the team directly.

We request that you get in touch via the contact page as soon as possible, any issues must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

If the product is damaged or outside of the product specification we will cover return shipping. For any other reason return shipping will need to be covered by the customer and must be returned within 14 days. 

We understand that occasionally damages in transit do happen. We request that any damages are reported within 7 days via the contact page.

Unless it’s outside of the product specification, or the box is unopened and in its original condition, we cannot accept returns. We advise ordering only the quantity you anticipate needing. Since shipping is free, it is easy to order additional product as you need it. Alternatively, smaller quantities can be ordered at RealFoodSource.

You can return unused products but we can only offer returns on unopened boxes/packs in the same condition as received within 14 days of receiving. The cost of return shipping needs to be covered by the customer.

To allow for processing time, refunds will be completed within 7 days of receiving the item.

Unless it’s outside of the product specification, or the box is unopened in its original condition, we cannot accept returns. If you are unsure of a product for any reason, we advise you first buy it in a small quantity over at RealFoodSource.

All products are sent in original trade packaging supplied from source. For example, some products are packed in cardboard boxes with unsealed plastic liners.

Yes, please contact us directly for current batch information for specific products you are interested in. 

No. We are unable to provide samples via RealFoodBulk, but we can advise heading across to our sister site RealFoodSource where you can buy the same products in small pack sizes.
