Our chopped figs are sweet and delicious. They contain no artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Figs are a good source of energy as they are low in fat but high in fibre making them a nutritious, sweet tasting snack. Naturally sweet and with a slightly chewy consistency they are a favourite sweet treat or snack for the kids. As these figs are chopped, you can easily add them to baked goods or your morning bowl of porridge.

Chopped Figs are excellent in breakfast cereals, homemade muesli and porridge. They are also great for baking – think fig rolls, fig and raspberry frangipane, fig tarts, flapjacks and fruit loaves. Dried figs make a tasty addition to salads – They pair well with pistachios or walnuts and goats cheese in green salads or couscous salads.
