Our delicious freeze-dried apple pieces are packed full of nutrients. Like a fresh apple, our freeze-dried pieces are 100% apple and free of sweeteners and preservatives. 7kg of fresh apple is used to produce 1kg of freeze-dried apple.
**To help stop freeze-dried fruit softening, temperatures should not exceed 20º C and 65% relative humidity. As these conditions can vary depending on the season, the weather conditions and the location of your delivery, the freeze-dried fruits can, on occasion, become soft. As these are factors that are out of our control, please note we cannot accept returns for freeze-dried products if they have gone soft. Once the product is in your possession, we would advise you to decant it into a container to ensure it is airtight and completely dry as any exposure to air or moisture will result in the product becoming soft.**
Suggested uses:
Add them to baking - they work really well in muffins, flapjacks and cakes. Add a fruity apple bite to trail mixes, porridge, granola and cereals. You can even add them to homemade burgers or to make your own apple sauce.
