We have this chocolate produced with our organic coconut sugar, organic cocoa liquor, organic cocoa butter, and absolutely nothing else. There is no egg, no gluten, no dairy, or any other vegetable oils. Also suitable for vegans.
For this chocolate we used coconut sugar which is considered to have a much lower GI rating than cane sugar and also contains some extra useful nutrients. Coconut sugar, although a fraction less sweet than our cane sugar chocolates, imparts a very subtle hint of caramel. It is perfect as that chocolate indulgence for primal style diets.

Although these chocolate drops are great for simply savouring as they are, due to the high cocoa butter content this chocolate is actually a couverture (high cocoa butter content chocolate). This results in a smoother, creamier and more refined experience compared to low cocoa butter content chocolate. The higher cocoa butter content also means it has the ability to be melted and tempered with ease. This makes it great for making your own chocolate bars, pralines, shells as well as for baking (or even try in a chocolate fondue – amazing!). Another added benefit of a high cocoa butter content is there is no need to use any lecithin.
