Our rich organic garlic granules have a pungent, very typical garlic aroma and is ideal for when you desire the flavour of garlic without the texture of the chopped cloves (and the hassle of chopping garlic!). Our organic garlic granules are ground cloves of dehydrated (dried) garlic and blends very well. The versatile powder is intensely flavoured and should be used sparingly as to not overpower your dish. Garlic granules are also great mixed with salt to create a garlic salt rub or added to butter to create a delicious garlic butter. Alternatively, create your own spice blend with our other herbs and spices. Garlic is also very rich in minerals and vitamins such as vitamin B6 and has many claimed healthy benefits.
Suggested uses:
Garlic granules are great to use in many dishes including soups, sauces, marinades, stews and casseroles. The granules can also be used as a meat rub and is excellent to create a smoky garlic flavour for your barbecue favourites. Alternatively add it to bread or pizza doughs to add that delightful hint of garlic.
