Our organic EU virgin hemp seed oil is an excellent addition to our range. Cold pressed from the finest European hemp seeds it's a delightful nutritious extra virgin oil.  Hemp seed oil is a natural balanced source of omega 6 and omega 3 (3:1 ratio), magnesium, iron and calcium. It’s also a source of antioxidant Vitamin E. Cold pressed from the best hemp seeds our oil is unrefined and unbleached. It is also not deodorised, hydrogenated or heat treated like many cheaper hemp oils as well as being non GM. 

Suggested use:

It is light green in colour and with it's earthy nutty aroma is excellent for salads, drizzled over vegetables and blended into our soups and smoothies. We also love it in our homemade raw bars. With it’s high essential fatty acid and in particular GLA content Hemp oil is also fantastic for skin, hair and nails. We love it as a natural emollient especially in winter when we love making healing hand balms with it.
