Our Organic Whole Hemp Seeds have a delicious creamy, subtle nutty flavour. They are low in salt, high in fibre, protein, omega-3 fatty acids as well as being a good source of vitamin E. Plus like all our products they are free from GMO and have no additives and preservatives. The whole seeds contain 25% protein which is a high ratio for a natural whole food source. Hemp contains all ten essential amino acids making it a top source for protein and a superb supplement for vegans and sports practitioners. Whilst Whole Hemp seeds have slightly less protein (5% less) than Shelled Hemp Seeds, they make up for it in the fibre department with 24% fibre content. The seeds have been dried from 6 % to 8,5 % of humidity, at low temperature (30-35 °C) and with high airflow.

Suggested uses:
Add them to salads, your morning bowl of porridge, bake with them, sprinkle them on roasted vegetables, stews and curries! We love them in homemade granola, flapjacks, biscuits and breads. Alternatively make your own hemp milk.
